An Engineering Manufacturer Focused Entirely on Gas Compression
We are Ever Power, a manufacturer dedicated to oil-free reciprocating compressors for industrial gas service. Our product range covers oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen compression from 0.1 MPa to 32 MPa, serving cylinder filling stations, PSA plants, steel mills, glass furnaces, medical gas facilities and large-scale chemical processes.
Our focus has always been narrow by design: compressors for pure gas service, where oil contamination is not a quality issue but a safety hazard. We do not manufacture general-purpose air compressors. Every machine we build is engineered specifically for gas purity-critical applications, using oil-free piston-and-cylinder assemblies that meet ISO 8573-1 oil content requirements without downstream filtration.
We operate a fully equipped production facility with in-house foundry, machining, assembly and pressure-test departments. Every compressor undergoes a factory hydrostatic pressure test and a loaded performance test before shipment, with test records supplied as standard documentation.

What We Manufacture
All compressors we produce share a common oil-free reciprocating platform, with configuration tailored to your specific inlet pressure, outlet pressure and flow requirement. Our full product catalogue covers every pressure class from low-pressure air separation output to high-pressure cylinder filling.

We maintain full in-house capability across every stage of compressor manufacture — from raw casting to finished performance test — so we control quality at every point.
Cylinder blocks, crankcase bodies and cylinder heads are cast in our own foundry. Material traceability is maintained from heat certificate to finished component. No reliance on third-party casting supply chains.
Cylinder bores, piston rod journals and valve seat faces are machined on CNC turning and machining centres to tolerances appropriate for gas-tight reciprocating service. Surface finish is verified before oxygen-service cleaning.
All wetted components undergo ultrasonic degreasing and solvent cleaning to oxygen-service standards before assembly in a dedicated clean assembly area. Residual hydrocarbon limits are verified by UV lamp inspection and, where specified, by swab analysis.
Every pressure-bearing component is hydrostatically pressure-tested to 1.5x rated working pressure. Complete assembled units are run-tested at full-load conditions in our test hall before shipment. Discharge pressure, flow rate, temperature and vibration data are recorded and issued as a factory acceptance test report.
For EPC and large industrial projects, we assemble complete skid-mounted packages in-house: compressor, drive motor, inter-stage coolers, moisture separators, process piping, instrumentation and PLC control panel — all mounted and interconnected before shipment to minimise site installation time.
Standard supply documentation includes general arrangement drawing, process and instrumentation diagram, material certificates, hydrostatic test certificates, factory acceptance test report, operation and maintenance manual, and spare parts list. Additional documentation for API 618 or CE marking projects is available on request.
From Material to Tested Machine — Our Production Process
A structured, quality-controlled production sequence ensures every machine that leaves our facility is safe, reliable and traceable.
Each order is reviewed by our engineering team against the customer specification. We confirm inlet pressure, outlet pressure, flow rate, cooling configuration and applicable standards before releasing drawings to production. For non-standard requirements, a customer-specific general arrangement drawing is issued for approval before manufacture begins.
Cylinder blocks, crankcase bodies and major pressure-bearing components are cast or forged to our own pattern specifications. Material certificates are collected and filed for each batch. Purchased components — bearings, seals, valves, fasteners — are received against technical specifications and inspected on arrival.
Cylinder bores, valve seats, piston rod sealing surfaces and crankshaft journals are machined on CNC turning centres and vertical machining centres. Dimensional inspection is carried out at this stage against drawing tolerances. Cylinder bore surface finish is measured with a profilometer to verify the specification required for PTFE rider ring compatibility.
All wetted components are degreased using ultrasonic cleaning and solvent washing to remove residual machining lubricants and cutting fluids. Cleanliness is verified by UV lamp inspection. For oxygen-service components, this step is mandatory and non-negotiable — trace hydrocarbon contamination in a high-pressure oxygen environment poses a combustion risk.
Compressors are assembled in a dedicated assembly area, with each sub-assembly — crosshead, connecting rod, piston, cylinder — inspected and signed off before integration into the main frame. Valve assemblies are bench-tested for leak-tightness before fitting. Running clearances are measured and recorded against drawing limits.
Every pressure-bearing assembly is hydrostatically tested to 1.5x maximum allowable working pressure and held for the required duration with no leakage. Following assembly, the complete unit is run-tested under load in our test hall. Discharge pressure, flow rate, inter-stage temperatures, vibration levels and noise are measured and compared against specification. A factory acceptance test report is issued with every unit.
Inside the Manufacturing Plant
From raw casting through precision machining to final test — every stage of production takes place within our own facility, giving us direct control over quality at every step.
How We Are Certified
Our certifications reflect the engineering standards our customers require — not a marketing exercise, but a manufacturing obligation enforced through third-party audit.
Quality Management System certification. Covers our manufacturing facility, engineering documentation and inspection procedures.
Design standard for reciprocating compressors in petroleum, chemical and gas industry services. Our engineering and manufacturing align with API 618 Fifth Edition requirements.
European conformity marking available for export to EU and EEA markets. Covers pressure equipment directive and machinery directive compliance.
Compressed gas purity standard. Our oil-free compression platform meets Class 0 oil content requirements without downstream filtration.

What Sets Our Engineering Approach Apart
We do not adapt a general-purpose air compressor for oxygen. Every machine we build is designed from the cylinder bore outward for pure gas service — with material selection, surface finish, cleaning procedure and safety protection all specific to the hazards of compressed oxygen.
From 0.1 MPa low-pressure distribution to 32 MPa cylinder filling, a single manufacturer, a single engineering contact, and a common spare parts platform. You do not need to source from multiple vendors for different pressure classes across your facility.
Operating at 260 to 350 RPM — compared with 3,000+ RPM for oil-free screw compressors — our reciprocating designs accumulate wear significantly more slowly. The result is a 25,000+ hour inter-overhaul interval, lower consumable parts cost and fewer unplanned shutdowns.
Every unit is run to full load in our test hall before shipment. We identify and resolve performance issues in our facility, not yours. You receive a verified machine with documented test results, not a commissioning risk.
When you send us a technical specification, a compressor engineer reviews it — not a sales representative reading from a datasheet. We provide honest recommendations, including when a different configuration or a lower pressure class is the right answer for your process.
