What Outlet Pressure Do You Need?
The this medium-pressure range covers four distinct pressure levels. Each targets a specific group of end uses. Confirm the required pressure with your downstream equipment manufacturer before selecting a model.
How Many Machine Heads Are You Running?

The Simplest Install in Our Compressor Range
The medium-pressure oxygen booster range was designed for installation by plant engineers who are not compressed gas specialists. All models run on standard 380V — the same supply as the laser cutting machines or glass furnace controls already on site. No transformer procurement, no high-voltage cable runs, no specialist HV switchgear commissioning.
Three models — ZW-3/15 (2.0 t), ZW-4.5/15 (2.0 t) and LW-6/15 (1.8 t) — are light enough to be positioned with a 3-tonne counterbalance forklift. No crane hire, no structural assessment of the building slab, no specialist rigging. The machine goes where you need it.
Where 10–16 bar Oxygen Is Used
Four distinct application areas — each with its own pressure requirement and flow characteristic.
Oxygen assist gas in fibre laser cutting of carbon steel triggers an exothermic oxidation reaction, increasing cut speed and enabling thick-plate capability. Required pressure is typically 0.6–1.2 MPa at the machine head. A single ZW-3/15 serves 1–2 machines; LW-10/15 handles a cutting centre with 5–8 heads simultaneously. 15 bar is the standard specification for most fibre laser applications.
Replacing air with near-pure oxygen in glass furnace burners raises flame temperature, reduces fuel consumption 20–30% and cuts NOx emissions by over 80%. Oxygen demand for a typical glass tank runs 5–20 m³/min at 1.0–1.5 MPa at the burner manifold. LW-6/15 through ZW-14/15 covers small to mid-size installations. Large multi-furnace production lines use LW-24/16 or parallel units.
Pure oxygen aeration can replace air blowers in high-BOD industrial effluent treatment, reducing basin volume requirements by 3–5x and improving treatment efficiency in facilities where space is constrained. Delivery pressure to submerged diffusers requires 1.0–1.5 MPa. ZW-20/10 and LW-10/15 are standard choices for municipal and industrial wastewater plants.
Where a PSA generator feeds multiple end users across a large facility, boosting the distribution header to 10–16 bar allows smaller-diameter piping over long runs and maintains terminal pressure at distant draw-off points. ZW-20/10 (20 m³/min, 10 bar) is the standard choice for a pressurised oxygen distribution ring main serving multiple workstations or tanks.
