What the 4ZW-84/30 Is
4ZW identifies a four-column ZW-type reciprocating compressor frame — the ZW platform scaled to a four-column configuration for large-capacity service. 84 is the rated flow in m³/min. 30 is the outlet pressure in bar (3.0 MPa).
The machine is specified for both oxygen and nitrogen service. Material selection, sealing specification and surface treatment of gas-contact components are compatible with either gas — the intended gas is confirmed at order placement.
Unlike standard industrial oxygen booster compressors selected from a catalogue, the 4ZW-84/30 is supplied against the process data sheet issued by the ASU licensor or engineering contractor. Motor configuration, cooling system design, control interface and documentation package are all determined by that process data.
4ZW-84/30 vs 4MW-93/35
Both are confirmed from factory documentation. Two distinct machines on different frame platforms — frame selection is determined by the ASU process data sheet.
4ZW and 4MW are different frame platforms and are not interchangeable. If your data sheet specifies parameters only, contact us for frame guidance.
